1. Returns Eligibility
You may return items within 7 days of receiving your order if:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging

2. How to Return
Contact us at info@globalindustries.co.za with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or sent in error.
4. Exchanges
If you ordered the wrong size or product, we can arrange an exchange depending on stock availability.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, worn footwear or custom-ordered items are not eligible for return.
